Use the eye pillow to bring small moments of relaxation into your day. For a refreshing cooling effect, place it in the refrigerator for a short time before applying it to tired eyes.

For comforting warmth, gently place it on a radiator or warm it in the oven for just a few seconds at a maximum temperature of 100°C. This allows the grape seeds to release their soothing warmth evenly.

Ideal for meditation, yoga, power naps or as the final step in your self-care ritual.
