Welcome to LE JASMIN! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LE JASMIN. LE JASMIN operates this shop and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). LE JASMIN is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. 

The following terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms and Conditions” or “Terms”), set out your rights and obligations when using the Services.

Your order is not accepted until LE JASMIN confirms its acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order can be accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as LE JASMIN may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address and/or telephone number provided at the time the order was placed.

Any return or exchange of your purchases is governed exclusively by the terms of our Right of Withdrawal [LINK].

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We accept no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance or events beyond our control. Once the goods have been handed over to the shipping carrier, title to and risk of loss of the goods pass to you.

All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans appearing through the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.

LE JASMIN is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases made through our shop are entered into directly with LE JASMIN. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of a sale between you and LE JASMIN, including any injury, damage or loss arising from the purchase of products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising out of or relating to your purchases and transactions with LE JASMIN.

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services, or any part of them, at any time, without notice and at our sole discretion. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

We will notify you of any claim subject to indemnification, provided that any delay in notifying you will not relieve you of your obligations unless and to the extent that you are materially prejudiced by that delay. We may control the defence and settlement of any such claim at your expense, including the selection of legal counsel. However, we will not settle any claim that imposes non-monetary obligations on you without your consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld.
